Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DEXPACE Bridge ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the Service operator. You represent that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility & Access

The Service is not offered to residents of restricted jurisdictions including but not limited to sanctioned territories. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

Access may be limited or withdrawn at our discretion without prior notice, including for reasons related to compliance, security, or maintenance.

3. Use of the Service

DEXPACE Bridge enables cross-chain transfers of supported digital assets through an audited smart contract. You acknowledge that transactions on blockchain networks are irreversible once confirmed; you are solely responsible for the accuracy of destination addresses and amounts; you retain custody of your wallet and private keys at all times.

4. Risks

Cross-chain transfers involve risks including but not limited to: smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, price volatility, temporary illiquidity, and regulatory change.

You acknowledge that the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No guarantee is made regarding continuous availability or completion of any specific transfer.

5. Fees

Transfers incur a bridge fee and the network (gas) fee charged by the source blockchain. Fees are shown before you confirm a transfer in the Review step.

Refunds, where applicable, are returned minus the network fee for the return transaction.

6. Compliance

Transfers are subject to automated compliance screening. Flagged transfers may require manual review or be declined at our discretion.

By using the Service, you consent to such screening and any associated data processing required to operate it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service interface. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
